Simply add the product to your cart and follow the checkout steps. You can order as a guest or create an account for easier tracking.

If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, contact our support team to request a cancellation or change.
3. I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, contact us for assistance.
4. How much is the shipping cost and when is it free?
Shipping is free in Austria for orders over €35, and in other European countries over €49. Shipping fees are shown during checkout.
5. How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
6. Do you ship outside of Europe?
Yes, we ship worldwide. The cost and delivery time will be shown at checkout depending on your location.
7. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned in proper packaging with all accessories. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–4 business days after we receive and check the returned item.
9. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us immediately and provide a photo. In such cases, we will cover the return and reshipping costs.

We accept major credit cards via the secure Stripe payment gateway. Your payment information is encrypted and protected.
